Poettker Industrial Services was selected by Ameren Corporation as the full-service general contractor for the new Limestone Ridge Transmission Line project.

This project was awarded under a new delivery approach in which the construction of a transmission line, from site clearing and access to the civil, electrical, and restoration, under one contract managed by the general contractor.

This new, approximately 15.3 mil 138Kv transmission line will consist of 1192 KCMIL 54/19 “Grackle” ACSS conductor and two (2) AFL-DNO-11706 72 Fiber OPGW supported by self-supporting galvanized steel monopoles on over 90 reinforced concrete pier foundations.

Construction will take place in phases beginning in the Fall of 2022.
